Increased hours

This is a report on working conditions for social workers. I think it is underestimating some problems but the most important thing is the finding about how social workers spend their time. It is in line with other surveys, though rather worse than some recent studies. I wonder if the public appreciate that this job is not an admin task and can't be done by writing things down?
