| By Jove, I think she's got it!Ruth Davidson is the leader of the Scottish Conservative party. She said something astonishing a couple of days ago: QUOTE Ms Davidson said Scots understood the Tory message but, in too many cases, "they didn't like what they were hearing". Well done, that woman!!
