Which, it seems, the police and prosecutors are trying to suppress. http://www.thecanary.co/2015/10/26/our-cou...-protest-video/The article outlines the case of a woman who was charged with putting a sticker on a window, though there was no evidence she had done this: it was brought under "joint enterprise" law, and she was chosen because she had been on protests before and so police had identified who she was The case failed. But as the article points out, this is a move towards making any kind of protest unlawful in this country. It is quite creepy what is going on here. |
