| This is also about the ATOS assessment. In Croydon wheelchair users have been banned from using the lifts in the building where the tests are done - on the first floor. It is good that the writer has drawn attention to this but I do not think he or the disability representatives quoted really understand the implications. In many cases, where the claim is related to restricted mobility, the fact of getting into the test will in fact prevent a successful claim.
